You will contact us and provide the following information and if it’s easier for you, all of this can also be arranged via a video call, Zoom, or any other method you prefer.

  • Which part of Croatia would you like to visit? The continental part, the Croatian coast, or perhaps both?
  • Your approximate arrival date, number of travelers, and the duration of your trip.
  • What kind of holiday do you prefer: an active holiday or are you the type of person who’s happy with sun, sea, and a good cocktail? Are you looking for family- and child-friendly activities, fun for young travelers, or a peaceful retreat for older guests?
  • Do you prefer to stay in one place or travel around and get to know several cities?
  • Are you looking for a destination full of tourist events, crowds, and entertainment, or would you rather enjoy a peaceful holiday in a smaller town or perhaps on an island?
  • What type of accommodation do you prefer: a hotel, an apartment, or just a room – and what level of quality would you like?
  • What is your budget, and does it include flights?
  • Based on your requirements, I will put together several preliminary options with suggestions for locations, excursions, transfers, and all other services that will be part of your trip, all within your budget and tailored to your preferences.
  • If you agree with the initial proposal, we will send you an advance payment for our services of €300 so we can continue planning your trip and define all specific services.
  • Once you approve the final trip proposal, we will sign a contract and you will pay 30–50% of the total trip cost, depending on the service provider’s conditions.
  • After that, we will make reservations and finalize your travel plan.
  • At the latest, 30 days before your arrival, you will pay the remaining amount, after which you will receive all necessary documents, vouchers, and detailed travel information.
  • The best part is that you will not pay anything extra for our services because our commission is included in your budget. Thanks to our expertise, we are able to find services for you at lower prices.
  • For the same amount you would spend organizing the trip yourself, you get a dedicated person who will do everything for you – all you need to do is relax and enjoy.
  • When you arrive in Croatia, we will embark on your adventure together, as I will be available for any assistance you may need (additional excursions, restaurant reservations, exploring cultural events you can attend while in Croatia, and any other information you may require). During your trip, I will quite literally be YOUR BEST FRIEND IN CROATIA.
